Start out by memorizing the names of famous architects and their creations{ All the famous monuments in India and abroad} It's not necessary for you to memorize each article. But have a fair idea.

Move onto famous painters and musicians specially related to India. It's important to know these musicians and painters and works they were famous for. For instance, if they ask you the name of the painter who was an Indian has a street named after her and was famous for her nudes you should work it out in a matter of seconds. Memorize the names of famous books related to architecture or books which have been in the news lately.
Have a brief idea of the various architectural terms used by architects in their first year.
Memorize brand logos and brand punchlines of famous companies.
