The human body is ideally divided into 7 and a half parts. Till the waist level it's three parts and below that it's four and a half parts. Assume the head to be one part. So each part is of the same size as the head.
Basically draw a stick figure first and then mould the human figure out of that.
In order to master human figures it is of high importance that you should practise daily and apart from that you should practise a whole lot of different postures.
Ideally if there's any posture your body can get into you should be able to recreate on paper.
Human figures are usually tested for a 10 marker in the NID exam so all those of you who are planning to attend NID make sure you ace your human figures section.
